Proposal Writing Seminar for MTFP Applicants

On April 13, 2006 Moldovan Research and Development Association (MRDA) conducted a proposal writing seminar for MTFP applicants. The event gathered an audience of about 30 young researchers who where introduced to Moldovan Travel Fellowship Program requerements including the issue how to find partners.
