Mission

The Moldovan Research and Development Association advances science and technology development in Moldova by:

1. Developing international cooperation
2. Preventing emigration and dissolution of the scientific and industrial potential
3. Contributing to building a knowledge-based economy

To fulfill its mission MRDA organizes grant competitions, provides technical assistance, delivers seminars, conferences and various trainings. All these activities aim at enhancing the scientific infrastructure, supporting the young generation of scientists, integrating research with education, opening R&D opportunities to former weapon scientists, and creating the right environment for innovation promotion.
