International Collaboration Opportunities For Research and Technology Development in Moldova The Office of Naval Research Global (ONRG) is sponsoring a conference in Chisinau, Moldova on 13-15 October 2004 entitled, "International Collaboration Opportunities For Research and Technology Development in Moldova". The conference is being conducted in collaboration with the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and the Moldovan Research and Development Association (MRDA).The purpose of the conference is to facilitate discussion on S&T collaboration between researchers and S&T managers in Moldova and S&T managers from the US in the hopes of furthering collaborations between researchers in the two countries. Additional, separate sessions are planned for discussions among former weapons researchers and among environmental researchers. |
