Travel Grants Program The CRDF TGP provided short-term travel support to encourage the development of new industrial R&D collaborations between scientists and engineers in the former Soviet Union (FSU) and for-profit companies in the United States. To this end, the program funded proposals that demonstrated commercial potential for a new or improved technology, as well as plans to meet with specific U.S. for-profit companies to discuss potential collaboration.
