Video conferences

Under the auspices of Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), MRDA and the Center for International Projects (CIP) of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova provide video-conferencing solutions for learning and collaboration purposes. The conferences are carried out in a multi-country format, using effective blends of face-to-face and distance learning approaches and are opened to all clients interested in knowledge sharing, communication without boundaries and learning from each other's experiences.

The provided conferencing services include:

• Video-conferencing
• Video workshops and seminars
• Video interviewing
• Panel discussions
• Printing and copying of conference materials
• Recording of video-conference sessions and off line presentations
• Management of distance learning courses, seminars and conferences include the following additional services:
• Multimedia rental
• Distribution of invitation letters and announcements
• CD/DVD duplication, DVD/VHS playback
• Distribution of participation certificates
• Arrangements for coffee and lunch breaks during conferences

As GDLN's affiliates, we contribute to learning events through design of conference proceedings and presentations. The materials gained during conferences can be used later on in traditional face-to-face classroom activities, or can be placed in e-learning environments. The GDLN capacity provides for involvement in debates, discussions and learning meetings of the expertise of other affiliates located worldwide.

The application of IT video and voice solutions for learning purposes minimizes the costs of international education and sharing of knowledge and increases the efficiency of time management.
